The Leicester Probate Sub Registry is open to the public from Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 4.00pm and appointments for interview at Leicester are arranged between Monday and Friday between the hours of 10.00am and 3.50pm, depending on demand.

Interviews at the Bedford Probate Office are strictly by appointment only, and are arranged by the Leicester Probate Sub Registry. Appointments are conducted once a month (usually on a Wednesday), between the hours of 10.00am and 3.00pm. As Bedford appointments are only scheduled once a month it will reduce your waiting time if you were able to attend at the Leicester office.
