Our fee rates are the most competative you will find from a solicitor. In most cases we can offer you an all inclusive fixed fee rate for the work we conduct on your behalf. In certain complex matters we charge an hourly fee rate starting at £99 per hour plus VAT.

Examples of our fee rates for certain applications are as follows:

• Spouse or Fiance visa application £600 all inclusive with no VAT to pay if you live outside the Eurozone

• Indefinite Leave to Remain applications £800 plus VAT

• Family Visa applications £600 with no VAT to pay if you live outside the Eurozone

• Visitor Visas £500

• Naturalisation and Nationality applications £800

• Tier 1 (General) applications £1,000

• Tier 4 (Student) applications £800

• Asylum & Immigration Tribunal Appeal hearings including representation and full preparation £1,500 plus VAT
