The Brighton District Probate Registry is open to the public from Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 4.00pm and appointments for interview at Brighton are arranged between Monday and Friday between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm, depending on demand.
Interviews at local Probate Offices are by appointment only and are arranged by the Brighton Registry, as follows:-
The opening arrangements for local Offices vary according to demand but, generally, are open on the following days
Hastings is open once each month, (twice if there is a strong demand) on Mondays between 9:30am and 1pm
Horsham open twice every month, on Fridays between
9:45am and 12:00 am
Chichester opens twice every month, on Wednesday between 9.45am and 12:00am
